Paying at Savemoretw should take less time than choosing a spatula. This page explains which methods we take, how the payment is protected and what happens after you press the button.

Currency and pricing

Every price on the site is in US Dollars (USD). Before you confirm an order, the checkout shows the full amount you will pay - the product price plus any applicable sales tax. Standard shipping is free within the United States, so nothing is added for delivery, and we never add fees after the fact.

When your card is charged

Your payment method is charged when you place the order. A confirmation email follows within a few minutes; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to support@savemoretw.com so we can resend it.

How your payment is protected

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments. The connection between your browser and the checkout is protected by SSL/TLS encryption, and the processor operates under the PCI-DSS standard. Your full card number goes to the processor only - it is never stored on our systems, and our staff cannot see it.

If a payment is declined

Most declines come from a typo in the billing address or card number, a daily limit, or a bank flagging an unfamiliar online purchase. Check the details, try a different method if you have one, or call the number on the back of your card. If it still fails, email us and we will look at the order from our side.
