We pack Savemoretw orders within 0-1 business days and standard shipping takes another 2-3 business days. The moment your parcel leaves, an e-mail with the tracking number is on its way to you. Type the number below to jump to the carrier's tracking page — or, if the e-mail is buried somewhere, sign in to your account and find the order there.

No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.

What you will receive

  • Order confirmation — straight after checkout, with your order number.
  • Shipping confirmation — when the parcel is handed over, with the tracking number and a link to follow it.
  • Delivery updates — from the carrier, scan by scan, until it reaches you.

Nothing happening?

The first scan can take up to 24 hours. If the tracking has not moved for several days, or says delivered when the parcel is not there, send your order number to support@savemoretw.com. We open an enquiry with the carrier and replace or refund a lost parcel.
