Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of savemoretw.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make from Savemoretw. Savemoretw is the trading name of EHJEH DK LLC, located in Chandler, AZ. By browsing the Site or placing an order you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete, and that you will keep any account credentials confidential. Tell us at support@savemoretw.com straight away if you suspect someone else is using your account.

2. Products, descriptions and pricing

We sell Kitchen Essentials products as described on their product pages. We do our best to describe items and show them accurately, but screens differ and minor variations in colour or finish are possible. We may change, discontinue or replace a product at any time without notice.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise; the exact tax and the total are displayed at checkout before you confirm. Standard shipping within the United States is free. If a price or description is published in error, we may cancel any order placed at the wrong price and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed.

3. Orders and acceptance

After you place an order you receive an automatic confirmation email listing the items, the amount charged and the shipping address; check it and tell us immediately if anything is wrong. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation, not the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where the pricing error above applies; in every such case any payment taken is refunded. To cancel an order yourself, contact us as early as possible - once an order has been processed or shipped it may no longer be possible to stop it, and the Refund & Returns Policy then applies.

4. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout and processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection; we do not store your full card details. There are no hidden charges: everything you will pay is shown before you confirm.

5. Shipping

We ship only within the United States, to all 50 states, using a single free standard service. Processing, transit times, tracking and what happens with lost parcels are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage and wrong items received, within 30 days of delivery, under the conditions in the Refund & Returns Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. The Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The text, product photographs, graphics, logos and layout of the Site belong to Savemoretw or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

8. What you may not do

• Use the Site for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or place orders with payment details you are not authorised to use.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or try to access parts of it that are not public.
• Scrape, copy or republish the Site's content or product data without written permission.
• Upload or transmit malicious code.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this section limits the rights you have under applicable consumer law or under our Refund & Returns Policy regarding defective products.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Savemoretw nor EHJEH DK LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages - including lost profits, revenue or data - arising from your use of the Site or of any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EHJEH DK LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to carriers' tracking pages or to the payment processor's pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and EHJEH DK LLC regarding the Site and your purchases, and they replace any earlier understanding.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms; orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

16. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law of the United States. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
