A hand-held tenderizer that pushes 21 stainless steel needles through the meat with each press, breaking down tough fibers and opening channels so marinade soaks in faster. It cuts marinating and cooking time on pork, beef, veal, venison, poultry and fish.
The needles retract into the ABS handle when you lift the tool, so the blades are covered whenever it is not pressed against the meat. Compact at about 20 x 5 cm, with a non-slip grip that fits comfortably in the palm.
