A 500 ml hand-powered chopper: load the bowl, close the lid and pull the cord. Stainless steel blades spin with each pull and dice onions, garlic, ginger, herbs, nuts and fruit — about ten pulls for a coarse chop, fifteen for medium, twenty or more for a purée. No electricity needed, so it works in an RV, at a campsite or in a small kitchen.
The container is BPA-free plastic with a non-slip base, and the parts come apart for washing. Gray-green finish.
