Three stainless steel scoops with spring-loaded trigger release, in three sizes for portioning cookie dough, meatballs, muffin batter, melon balls and ice cream: small 8.27" long with a 1.57" bowl, medium 8.66" with a 2.36" bowl, and large 9" with a 6 cm bowl.
Squeeze the trigger and the sweeper pushes the portion out cleanly, so every cookie is the same size and bakes evenly. Food-grade stainless steel does not bend or break and works from -40 to 230 °C. Easy to clean.
